Developing a Multi-Million Ounce
Gold-Silver Deposit in Colombia

Projects Overview
Eco Oro's focus is on the development of its wholly-owned Angostura Project, located in the Soto Norte region of the Department of Santander in north-eastern Colombia. The Project contains an NI43-101 Measured and Indicated Resource of 2.21 million ounces of gold at 4.57 gpt and an additional NI43-101 Inferred Resource of 1.03 million ounces of gold at 4.70 gpt.

The Angostura Project consists of the main Angostura deposit and four key satellite prospects: Móngora, La Plata, Armenia and Violetal. Including the Angostura Project, the Company has concessions, exploration licenses and exploitation permit areas covering an area of approximately 30,000 hectares in the Departments of Santander and Norte de Santander within the Vetas-California gold district, a highly prospective area rich in mineral deposits. Only about 10% of the concessions, licenses and permit areas have been explored.

Located in the mountains of the Eastern Cordillera of South America, approximately 400 kilometers northeast of the Colombian capital city of Bogotá, the Angostura Project is accessible by road from the city of Bucaramanga at elevations ranging from 2,400 to 3,500 meters above sea level.

Drilling Continues to Return High Grade Intercepts

An infill drilling program was completed from June 2011 to September 2012 and included a deep drilling program designed to better delineate some of the attractive resources at depth. This drill program provided a better geometric definition of the mineralized structures, required for planning of the underground mine design, and has contributed to a more robust resource model for underground development of the Angostura deposit.

Results from the infill drilling program reinforce management's expectation that the deposit has the continuity of mineralized zones and high grades required for underground mining, as well as demonstrating further upside potential at depth. Results from the geotechnical and hydro geological drilling will provide valuable information, which will ensure that Eco Oro effectively addresses any associated safety and environmental concerns of the surrounding community.
